Consultations: Five to fifteen minute consultations are provided at no charge and can be done in person or over the phone. This interaction is helpful to determine if you are an ideal candidate for care.

• Initial chiropractic examination and treatment: $135
• focused: $100

• Initial acupuncture consultation and treatment

• Standard visit $55
• Express visit: $35
• Extended visit: $65
• additional soft tissue manipulation, exercises, nutritional and lifestyle modification, or focused acupuncture
  
• Acupuncture (full) added to above: add $25
• Wellness Advantage: patients released from acute care can become a part of the Wellness Advantage discount program. Discounts are given for weekly, monthly, and yearly packages as well as for those who pre-schedule wellness visits.

Insurance:

Dr. Kris is a providor with Anthem BC/BS. Please bring your insurance card to your initial visit.

For all other insurances, we will provide - at your request - statements to submit to your insurance company for any out-of-network benefits you may have.
