Additional one-on-one coaching sessions can take place live in our office or virtually using an online video meeting system.

In our first one hour initial consultation, we will:

  1. Identify goals and discuss concerns such as diastasis recti, areas of pain, and signs of pelvic floor dysfunction like prolapse and/or incontinence.

  2. Assess for possible diastasis recti (or evaluate known separation) 

  3. Evaluate your alignment and help put your body back to where it should be

  4. Assist in identifying and engaging your core and pelvic floor muscles

  5. Determine which complementary treatments and modalities will be most beneficial to your healing such as a therapeutic home exercise program, chiropractic care, acupuncture, kinesiology taping, cupping, myofacial release, assisted stretching, topical therapies, nutritional support, and therapeutic laser treatments.

Each week after our initial consultation, I will guide you through the exercises that are vital for re-building your core. Together, we will work to ensure you’re truly benefiting from your workouts. I’ll teach you about alignment, modify your exercises based on your needs, keep you motivated, and most importantly, help you to identify the exercises that are making your core weaker.​ We can also strategize about how to lose any excess weight on top of your tummy through intensive workouts and good nutrition [if appropriate].
